Which shipping methods does Holyart offer?

Holyart ships worldwide by TNT/Fedex, DHL and Post (Express Mail Service – EMS)

When does Holyart ship the orders?

All orders placed within 12 am (Italy time) of each working day will ship the same day. All orders made after 12 am will ship the following business day. If one or more products are not available at the time you purchased it, you will receive all info regarding delivery delay from our customer service.

How long will it take for me to receive the package?

The delivery time changes according to delivery address and selected shipping method. Please find all details in the above table.

What does “business days” mean when talking about delivery times?

Delivery time is always expressed in business days (from Monday to Friday).

Can I pay cash on delivery?

The payment cash on delivery is only available for Italian customers. For all other countries, you can select another payment method.

How does Holyart calculate the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout according to the weight of the package and country of destination. You can choose the service you prefer, directly when you place an order, and the system will show you the different shipping costs.

Is it possible to send the package to another address?

Yes, you can select another delivery address. The system has an address book that can take different entries.

How can I follow my package?

After Holyart dispatched the order, you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel at any given time. THE LINK WILL BE ACTIVE FROM THE FOLLOWING DAY!

Are custom clearance costs included in the shipping costs?

Customs clearance costs ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COSTS. The recipient is responsible for the payment of possible customs fees that depend on local customs. The receiver will be informed about these costs upon arrival.

Will I get full refund if I refuse a package outside the EU?

If you refuse a package outside of Europe, the return costs will be deducted from the refund. If return costs are higher than the value of the order, we will not be able to refund you.
