Online sale is equivalent to Mail Order. The law requires those who exercise this activity to give guarantees to the consumer, especially on the withdrawal right. What the italian law requires

  1. The buyer can change their mind within 14 days from date of purchase by registered letter.
  2. The buyer must return the goods to the supplier at their own expense.
  3. If the buyer is not satisfied with the product, they should return the goods in the intact box to receive a refund.
  4. The refund will be processed within 30 days of the request.
