Statue of Christ the Savior made according to the ancient technique of lost wax casting that consists in shaping a detailed model in wax, on a clay core covered with a ceramic casing, which, melted the wax, will be used in the subsequent stages of processing as negative cast in which to pour the cast bronze of the statue.
The statue can be exhibited both indoors and outdoors. The statue is colored with paints that allow it to resist being outside. Bronze, being a living material, over the years (if exposed to the outside) tends to become dark: this characteristic represents the beauty of bronze.
