Hand-painted wooden egg Our Lady of the White Lily 25 cm. Russian egg hand painted by expert Russian painters specializing in freehand painting from the school of miniatures. The painted image depicts the Madonna of the White Lily with the Baby Jesus in her arms, who holds the stem of a white lily in her left hand while the fingers of her right hand are in a blessing position. The image is applied in gold leaf which allows the details of the halos and facial features to be highlighted. The measurements of the alcove are 25X15X11 cm.
