This religious egg was hand painted by expert Russian painters specializing in freehand painting from the miniature school. It depicts the Madonna of Yaroslavskaya, known as the Madonna of Tenderness, holding the Baby Jesus in her arms who tenderly caresses his mother's face, transmitting the unbearable love between them.
