Russian lacquer box 22x16 Virgin Ierusalimskaya in paper mache. The Russian box portrays the Holy Mother of God of Jerusalem in a white robe together with the Child Jesus. Lacquered paper-mache box handmade in Russia with application of a worked image and created with a mixed technique of painting and decoupage.
