In the scene of Transfiguration, Christ goes on top of Mount Tabor with his disciples Peter, James and John. The mountain is the place of the encounter with God and His revelation.
The disciples, in a state of ecstasy, saw the deified body of Jesus Christ. They fell to the floor hit by the light emanated by the luminous aura surrounding the body of Christ.
