Hand‑painted Romanian Icon of the Holy Trinity following the iconographic model of Andrej Rublev, nominal size 31x23 cm. Created in Romania by iconographers specialized in the Byzantine tradition, the composition reproduces the traditional arrangement of three angelic figures gathered around a table. The scene depicts three seated angels symbolizing the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit according to Orthodox iconography. The angel on the left wears garments in tones of reddish‑brown and blue, the central figure has a red tunic with a blue mantle, and the figure on the right is clothed in blue and dark green. The figures are characterized by gilded wings, circular halos and slender scepters, elements that emphasize their spiritual nature and the link between the earthly and the heavenly. At the center of the table is a cup, symbol of Christ’s sacrifice and the mystery of trinitarian love. The gilded background includes Abraham’s tent rendered as an architectural structure, the Oak of Mamre and a rocky relief, references to the biblical account of Abraham’s hospitality. At the top appears the inscription "Sf. Treime", the Romanian designation of the Holy Trinity. The composition follows Rublev’s 15th‑century model, where the positioning of the angels and the central cup express the theological meaning of divine unity. In the Orthodox tradition this representation is connected to Pentecost and to humanity’s sharing in divine life through the Holy Spirit. The orthodox icon is delivered in a red velvet presentation box lined with white satin for protection during transport and storage. Each icon includes a certificate of authenticity.
