Russian icon of St. Nicholas with boat paper mache, 25x20 cm.The saint depicted in the print is Saint Nicholas (protector of sailors) in this particular position, he holds a miniature sailboat, which represents the belief that he sailed to save people in distress. The St Nicholas icon is made in Russia and is printed on a paper mache tablet. It measures 25x19.5 cm. It has a back hook for hanging.
