Our Lady of Smolensk Russian icon decoupage measures 29x21 cm.
Religious icon made of solid wood, it is produced using an ancient Russian techniques through transverse beams, to avoid the curvature of the wood. The Hodegetria of Smolensk icon is hand-painted with a mixed technique of painting and decoupage and the halos are painted with pure gold colors.
