Saint Michael Archangel whose name means "one who is like God", is important because of his battle against the evil. The intense colours of this icon and its golden frame make it a precious object. This icon is hand-painted according to the traditional Byzantine technique and it is a reproduction of an original ancient icon that is showcased at the Benaki Museum in Athens. This icon comes in an elegant blue velvet box with internal sation covering.
