In order to make the purchase of its products always clear and transparent, Holyart pays particular attention to the publication of thorough product information, thanks to the use of 'technical sheets'. These sheets include detailed information about the products and their features (price, size, materials, models, weight, etc.) together with high-definition images of each single product.

The prices do not include shipping costs and contingent custom clearance for the materials delivered outside the EU. Placing an order
To place an order on holyart.com, customers must follow a four-step path
- Log in specifying user name and password in the required fields (or register if you are a new customer);
- Add to the cart the item(s) you wish to purchase;
- Choose the desired shipping method;
- Choose the desired payment method;
Once the payment method has been selected, customers must proceed to the payment with the selected method. Once the order has been placed, the sale agreement is completed. Orders can be cancelled in compliance with the terms and conditions described in the ORDER CANCELLATION section.
Shipping of the goods
The products purchased on holyart.com, provided they are available in stock, are shipped within 24 hours from order placement. If the purchased goods are not in stock, we will inform the customer within 24 hours from order placement via email or telephone. After having placed an order on the website, customers can cancel orders at any time by telephone at +44 208 068 8794 or writing an email to email@example.com If the order that you wish to cancel has already been paid, Holyart will refund the entire amount within 4 working days starting from the order cancellation date. We recommend you communicate the order cancellation within 24 hours from the order placement. If the goods have already been shipped before the cancellation, we will collect the goods at the place indicated by you at our own expenses.
