Which credit cards are accepted?
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, MasterCard and American Express.
How does payment by credit card work?
Once you have filled in the required fields, your credit card details are transmitted, via a secure SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection directly to Banca Sella for authorization and debit. This means that we are not able, at any time during the purchase procedure and in no case, to know personal information relating to the owner or the card number. We will only receive the authorization provided by the card manager.
For purchases by credit card after the first purchase is made, we will use a token provided by Banca Sella, specifically, a code for the authorization and debit for the amount of the order placed on your card. This code does not allow you to trace your credit card information in any way. Only the bank is able to do this. Therefore, you will no longer need to enter your credit card information for each purchase, making your purchases easier, faster and safer.
When will my credit card be charged?
The amount relative to the purchase made will be charged to your credit card only upon confirmation of your order's shipment. This means that you will not pay anything until we deliver your package to the courier.
When you confirm your order, you will be asked for an authorization of 1 Euro, to confirm the validity of your credit card. Payment authorization is a security measure used to protect customers as it allows to verify the validity of the card and / or the availability of funds. Payment authorization is NOT a charge on the card.
Depending on the agreement you have with your card issuer, you may find the amount of 1 Euro on your statement. We confirm that this is not a charge.
Some banks show payment authorizations as "ongoing charges". Contact your bank for more information about the authorization procedures and for the timing of the release of blocked funds.
In the event that you decide to cancel the order, the amount the bank has reserved for the authorization may be unavailable for a maximum of 35 days from the cancellation date. This time frame is set by your bank and is independent from Holyart.
Why was my credit card rejected?
Your card can be rejected for several reasons:
- The requested data does not coincide with that of your card. A simple typing error in one of the fields can cause the operation to be rejected.
- You have exceeded your card limit. It is also possible that you have exceeded the credit limit. Your bank can give you all the information you need about your card and payment options.
- Your credit card has expired. By mistake you could be using an expired credit card: check the dates on the card.

Are credit card transactions secure?
Your purchases on Holyart are guaranteed by the payment systems managed by Banca Sella SpA, which uses the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protection system with VeriSign certification. This system takes care of encrypting the information entered, making it impossible for it to be intercepted by external users.
As an additional security measure, we have set up a control system linked to the order delivery address: if you are paying by token but choose to receive the ordered goods at a different address than the one previously used, you will have to re-enter your credit card information. Therefore, if someone were to have your Holyart username and password credentials, they could not use your credit card to send items to a different address other than yours.
Your card details will be managed by Banca Sella SpA at the request of Pulcranet srl. At no time during the purchase procedure and in any case, will we or anyone have personal information relating to the holder or the card number. Holyart will only receive the authorization provided by the card manager. This procedure is secure and fully guarantees both the buyer and the seller SSL encryption system certificates, as a result, no one can read the information sent over the Internet.
If you choose to pay via bank transfer, click on the "Complete your order" button to finish the transaction. You will receive an email that summarizes your order information and notifies you of the necessary information needed to make the bank transfer.
How soon can I make the transfer?
The bank transfer must be made within 3 working days from when the order is placed.

When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be processed upon receipt of the transferred amount.
At the expected delivery time it will therefore it is necessary to add the time within which we will receive the credit transfer.
With Amazon Pay, you can use the information already stored in your Amazon account to buy on Holyart without having to re-enter your personal and payment information.
AmazonPay is a fast and secure payment system. Once you have selected AmazonPay, a window will appear where you can enter your Amazon account credentials (e-mail and password).
From that moment you can use credit cards and shipping addresses stored in your Amazon account to complete your purchase on Holyart.

PayPal is a very simple, fast and reliable payment method very widespread on the web that allows you to buy without entering your credit card information.
Selecting PayPal as a payment method you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you can log in by entering your email address and password.
Once logged in you will be able to use all the credit cards stored in your Paypal account to complete your purchase on Holyart.

By choosing the cash on delivery method, you can pay the amount of your order directly to the courier upon delivery. Payment can be made by:
CASH: for orders less than € 1,000.00
CASHIER'S CHECK: for orders over € 1,000.00
In case of payment by cashier's check, it is necessary to pay to PULCRANET SRL and send a photocopy of the check by fax or e-mail before the shipment is made. For cash on delivery, an additional charge of 4 euros is added, clearly noted in the order summary. This payment method is only available for shipments in Italy.
