Blackberry jam, marmalade made by the Trappists of Vitorchiano Italy; contains 72 gr. fruit per 100 gr. product.
The jam is a 100% natural product since is made without pectin, coloring nor addition of preservatives.
In fact the blackberry marmalade is produced according to ancient Trappist recipes and first choice fruit.
The fruit is gathered, processed ad cooked following artisanal methods for a tasty natural and genuine flavor.
