Extra virgin olive oil Vitorchiano Monastery
Extra virgin olive oil cold-extracted through a mechanical process, made from olives collected by the nuns of the trappist Vitorchiano Monastery. This oil is produced in limited quantities by a few producers in Lake Garda and Apulia, as well as in monasteries. It has an intense flavor, requiring only a third of the amount typically used with other oils to season any dish.
