Kata V.1/23/2025I used to love this lipbalm and still love the formula, but since the packaging has changed, it is really hard to use it. Last time I ordered 4, and the rotating piece was broken in 3 of them after a month, so I can't get the product out, only with a knife or the handle of a little spoon, which is really inconvenient.
