At the base, the image of the Madonna with the Sacred Heart gilded on the chest is depicted in silver, alternating with faces of cherubs, made with great attention to detail. The central knot is decorated with elegant swirls and angel faces, imparting a touch of solemnity and harmony to the whole. The golden rays framing the case for the large host are embellished with refined silver swirls and a plaque surrounding the glass of the monstrance, depicting two ears of wheat and, at the top, the dove of the Holy Spirit, symbol of peace and divine presence. The sacred vessel set is topped with a golden cross with a central red gem. Inside, the large host is carefully kept in place by a half-moon shaped like an angel, adding further spiritual meaning to the composition. Dimension of monstrance height: 52.5 cm and internal case diameter: 9.3 cm.
