Gold-plated brass Catholic tabernacle with 4 angels, JHS and chalice. This finely crafted church tabernacle is cast in brass and finished with a rich, mirror-like gold plating. The architectural, canopy-like structure is supported by four twisted columns decorated with silvered elements and sculpted angels in relief at the base and apex. The circular base is richly worked with ornamental motifs. The central element is the tabernacle door, which features a magnificent Eucharistic relief: a chalice surmounted by the host bearing the monogram JHS, framed by a radiating halo and two hands in an offering gesture; the relief is finished in silvered metal to stand out against the gilded background. The upper dome is crowned by a cross set with a gemstone. This liturgical tabernacle is a liturgically significant piece, ideal for Eucharistic reservation on altar tables or in side chapels.
