It is crafted from a 20 mm thick sheet of transparent plexiglass and embellished with five mosaic medallions featuring colorful tiles. Four square medallions are arranged on the arms of the cross, while a larger rectangular medallion sits at the center of the composition. The design centers on the middle medallion, which depicts the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The four medallions on the arms complete the iconographic program: Christ Pantocrator at the top, the Deposition of Christ from the Cross at the bottom, and two devotional figures on the sides. A distinctive feature is the rich color palette used in the mosaics.
