Within the rim is a transparent plexiglass insert engraved with the JHS Christogram, the ancient monogram of the name of Jesus and a sign of His presence in the Eucharistic mystery. A grape cluster, produced by microcasting and subsequently silver-plated, is applied to the paten's edge and embellished with red crystals representing the grapes, symbolizing the Eucharistic wine. The paten is 100% handcrafted in the Umbrian workshop Pical Arte Creazioni, specialized in artistic micro-casting and the artisanal production of high-quality sacred objects. The workshop's authenticity is confirmed by its signature engraved beneath the Christogram. The paten is supplied with an elegant red velvet presentation case, ideal for storage and liturgical presentation. To preserve the paten's beauty over time, clean it with a soft, dry cloth. For fingerprints, use a cloth slightly dampened with warm water and dry immediately. Avoid aggressive detergents, alcohol, abrasive pastes or polishing products, which could damage the silver plating, the plexiglass insert and the crystals.
