The piece is distinguished by a base finished with a stone-effect texture, produced by micro-casting and subsequently 18 kt gold-plated. The cup, likewise finished in 18 kt gold but formed from a turned plate, joins the base through a rich ornamental band of leaves and grape clusters realized in relief by micro-casting. Pink crystals applied to the grape clusters represent the berries, adding luminosity and vibrancy to the overall decoration. The motif continues harmoniously onto the upper half of the lid, which is crowned by a cross and further enriched with leaves and grape clusters that recall the ciborium's overall ornamental theme. This liturgical ciborium is the result of the handcrafted work of the Umbrian workshop Pical Arte Creazioni, specialists in sacred art. The artist’s signature engraved on the underside attests to the authenticity and care of the workmanship. It is supplied with an elegant red velvet presentation case, ideal for storage and liturgical display. To clean, use a soft, dry cloth. Fingerprints can be removed with a cloth slightly dampened with warm water, taking care to dry immediately. Do not use alcohol, aggressive detergents, abrasive products or polishing pastes, as these may damage the 18 kt gold plating and the hand-applied decorative elements.
