Pastoral staff crozier, model 'Grapes, Leaves and Wheat Ears' in silver with crystals, Pical Arte Creazioni. Staff in brass plated with 925 silver, richly decorated with grape clusters, vine leaves and wheat ears, traditional symbols of the Eucharist. Produced by lost‑wax micro-casting and subsequently plated in 925 silver, it is enhanced by refined red crystals that represent the berries of the grape clusters and by white crystals applied to the wheat ears, giving the piece luminosity and a precious appearance. The structural shaft is initially formed by electroforming or micro-casting and then hand‑finished with engraving and chasing. Decorative elements are applied afterwards through a careful soldering process, resulting in a composition abundant in details.
The bishop's crozier is handcrafted by the Umbrian workshop Pical Arte Creazioni, specialists in the production of high‑quality sacred art. A supporting pole in brass plated with 925 silver (30–35 mm diameter, 50 cm length) is delivered with the crozier. The crozier is delivered in an elegant red‑velvet presentation box, ideal for storage and safekeeping. To preserve the crozier's beauty over time, clean it with a soft, dry cloth. For fingerprints, you may use a cloth slightly dampened with warm water, taking care to dry the surface immediately. Avoid aggressive detergents, alcohol, abrasive pastes or polishing products, which could compromise the 925 silver plating and the hand‑applied crystals.
