Dear SA, thank you so much for your reply and your information. Actually the English translation is quite ambiguous so I will amend it shortly. Actually there is no paper certificate of authenticity in the box. Silver authenticity is assured by the punching on the cross and medal and the Swarovsky authenticity is assured by the paper label on the rosary. Supplier under his responsibility assure it is real Swarovski. Paper certificate is not required each row material supply from Swarovsky. It is possible to have it but it takes time. If you need it please let me know and I will apply for it. Have a nice day

To cut a long story short: everything went smooth, transparent and fine. And that goes for the placing of the order, the website, the prompted amounts and everything. The shipping time was somewhat mysterious - to be understood in a way that it appears mysterious for me to receive the parcel that fast. Great Job! The product itself is great (what is the reason why I took the "risk" to buy it abroad - my local dealer was out of stock.) If there is anything to mention: It is a little difficult to find the link how to change the language selection of holyart.it (to click an italian flag to change to english is a little tricky for me) You have some problems with the german "umlaute" - you know these ä, ö and ü - within your german order confirmation and welcome mail. But this is just complaining on an already very high level. Keep up the good work.

Salve a tutti, riguardo all'ordine fatto: il corriere è stato veloce, 1 giorno 1/2 dopo il pacco era già a casa. I bracciali a molla rosari con quello che avevo chiesto (cioè la crociera con la Medaglia Miracolosa) era proprio quella. Sappiate che ho chiesto 30 rosari (5 di ogni codice diverso) e sono stati confezionati dalla fioraia per formare la bomboniera per il battesimo di mio figlio. E' piaciuto tanto, anzi tantissimo; tanto che ogni famiglia voleva una o due in più. Comunque la vostra disponibilità è eccezionale ed io sono stata veramente contenta. P.S. bravi perchè il vostro sito ha funzionato anche nelle vacanze estive, vi siete ben organizzati. Complimenti a risentirci presto Caterina B.

No hubo ningún problema, ni durante el proceso de compra, ni en el momento de recepción. En la página web, el pedido se mostró correctamente en euros. Recibí el paquete dentro del plazo establecido. La agencia de transportes me llamó para confirmar el lugar y la hora de entrega. El producto, de cuya calidad estoy muy satisfecho, es exactamente tal y como aparece en la foto de la página de Holyart. El embalaje era muy bueno, y el producto llegó en perfecto estado.

The rosary beads and case were for my daughter's First Holy Communion and they are beautiful. My daughter is over the moon with them. I had been looking around for some rosary beads for her, something special and I couldn't find what I wanted until I found your website. St. Benedict crucufixes

the St. Benedict crucufixes arrived safely, thank you very much. They are very beautifully made. I got them blessed by a very holy priest using the approved blessing in Latin, and then gave them to fellow seminarians, religious sisters and a few close friends (after keeping one for myself of course). All of them were delighted to receive a cross and each of them commented on how beautiful they were, so thank you very much. It is very hard to find good St. benedict crucifixes, especially the ones you sell with wooden inlays, so I was delighted when I came across you online. If I could just make one comment, and it's only a little thing; the little perspex bases that came with the crosses appear to be a little small i.e. the slot for the crucifix to fit into appears to be a little too small. I understand that it needs to be tight fitting in order for the cross to be stable, but all of the bases cracked when inserting the crosses, no matter how careful we were in trying to insert them, so 'we think' the slot should be slightly larger to take the cross. However, as I said, this is only a minor detail and I am thoroughly delighted with the quality of the crucifixes, especially at such a reasonable price, and the free postage is fantastic. So, thank you for the work you are doing in spreading love and devotion for God. I will keep you all in my prayers, especially before the Real Presence of Jesus in the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar.
