Dopo un periodo d'uso di 6 mesi (contro l'anno dichiarato), un paio di lumini erano già spenti. Bisogna controllare che le batterie siano nuove e cariche, prima di venderle con una vita di 365 giorni!

Claire R.3/11/2025Bonjour, ce produit correspond bien à mes souhaits, cependant j'avais commandé 2 veilleuses votive le 18 avril 2024 et à ce jour, l'une des deux ne fonctionne plus hélas ! j'ai dû recommandé deux autres aujourd'hui .. je n'explique pas qu'au bout de 11 mois, une veilleuse ne marche plus alors que l'autre est impeccable ? je suis un peu déçue car je connais bien votre site efficace et sérieux.
