Denise M.11/19/2025Produits magnifiques ! Malheureusement, Joseph est arrivé décapité et son socle cassé. Le problème ne vient pas du transport : les cartons étaient impeccables. La casse s'est produite à l'emballage. Je n'ai pas fait retour du sujet abîmé à cause des délais (renvoi + réexpédition France - Italie - France), car reçu début novembre et j'en ai besoin pour Noël ! Je vais tenter une réparation "maison"... Mais je me faisais une joie d'accueillir cette belle nativité et suis un peu déçue.
