It is sturdy, well made and you can place plenty of weight without there being any type of atrophy whether from functionality or from the weight of any item placed above it. This will suit well for all sizes of displays and it can be used for anything other than the nativity. Consider allowing at least one inch of unobstructed space throughout the diameter of the platform in order for it to work optimally. This is NOT a flimsy version. It is sturdy, well made and for sure will last a lifetime. In my opinion, very well worth its price. Note that you must use a transformer because it's 220volt instead of 110volt as is used in the USA. Highly recommend d this item.
