Gathering Firewood is a Lemax figurine depicting a boy crouched beside a dog. The boy gathers several branches and holds one out toward the dog, which faces him with a raised front paw. Other branches lie on the ground and some stones protrude from the snow. The figurine rests on a white base that evokes the snowy ground and presents an outdoor winter scene.
