Olga U.2/7/2022Da ich mir den Hirsch gekauft habe, wollte ich mir das Reh noch dazu kaufen. Es wurde schnell geliefert, leider hatte es einen Transportschaden wo ein Loch im Reh war und eine Lichtleiste im inneren nicht mehr fest war und hin und her geflogen ist. Kundendienst angeschrieben, es wurde sofort ein Ersatz Reh geschickt. Das defekte Reh wurde nicht weggeworfen. Das Stromkabel wurde Entfernt das nichts passieren kann und einen Kindergarten zur Deko geschenkt. Das Ersatz Reh wurde in kürzester Zeit geliefert, Karton hatte zwar starke Beschädigungen und ein Loch, aber das Reh was sehr gut verpackt und war Ok alles hat Funktioniert. Das Reh ist genauso wie der Hirsch sehr Detailtreu verarbeitet und schaut schön realistisch aus. Ich bin mit den Kauf vom Hirsch und vom Reh sehr zufrieden Sie sind Real genauso wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Ein großes Lob an Lisa vom Kundendienst, es gab hier keinerlei Probleme und Lisa hat sich auch gleich um alles gekümmert für das Ersatz Reh. Ein Top Kundendienst soweit ich es für meine Bestellungen sagen kann.
