The Virgin Jachromskaja is one of the Virgin of Tenderness, the face of Jesus is close to that of Mary and they express a feeling of tenderness. According to the tradition, this Virgin appered to Saint Cosma and healed a sick old man. It is hand-painted according to the ancient iconographic technique and come in an elegant blue velvet box with internal satin covering.
