Coenobium IGT is a white wine produced by the trappist nuns in the Vitorchiano monastery.
This wine is produced with a mix of various grapes:
- Trebbiano (45%)
- Verdicchio (20%)
- Malvasia (35%)
Grapes naturally grew without any chemical treatment. This wine is produced using 100% organic processes, no chemicals.
Alcohol 13%

Alcoholic beverages can only be sold to adults of legal drinking age.
