Ambientazione estremamente gradevole e riuscita: lo spazio tra le due case, caratterizzate dalle scalette laterali che portano alle porte di ingresso e separate dal viottolo centrale, sembra dilatarsi grazie all'ingegnoso espediente dello specchio, che contribuisce a creare nuova profondità. Tutti i particolari sono curati, dall'albero rinsecchito ai muretti e alle pecorelle. Giunto perfettamente confezionato. Il prezzo risulta senza dubbio adeguato.
