Saint Pietro painted resin statue 30 cm. Crafted from resin by a Tuscan company with a long tradition in the production of religious statues, active since 1900 in the lands of Lucca. The crafting follows the historic tradition of Lucca figurine makers, ensuring high artisanal quality. Every detail of the painting and finishing is done by hand, with particular attention to the facial expression, the garment, and the symbolic elements, to offer a carefully crafted reproduction resembling the iconography of Saint Peter. St Peter, depicted holding two keys, one golden and one silver, symbolizing the power granted to him by Christ to bind and loose in heaven and on earth. The golden key alludes to power in the kingdom of heaven, while the silver one indicates the papacy's spiritual authority on earth. With his right hand, he makes a gesture of blessing, a sign of his spiritual authority as the first Pope of the Church.
