This beautiful Pantanassa icon is made of solid wood. Created respecting the ancient Russian technique that uses transverse beams to hinder the curvature of the wood over time. The Panagia Pantanassa icon is 100% hand-drawn with the mixed method of painting and decoupage. The halos are painted with fine colors tending to pure gold.
