Colori mix, with various red hot peppers, moderately sply; Terra di Siloe mix with Chili de Onza and Habaneo Chocolat peppers, moderately spicy; Mediterraneo mix with typically Italian peppers. All peppers are manufactured by the monks of the monastery of Siloe.
