I gave 4 out of 5 stars for the negligence with which it was packaged from the warehouse where it came from, one of the statues (I ordered two and one came broken). I spoke by email with the staff and received another statue in return (not like that, because they no longer had it in stock, but very beautiful and the one that was given to me in exchange). The staff at Holyart immediately responded professionally to all the problems I had, and replaced those products that did not reach me in optimal conditions, without having to pay any additional costs. Thank you Holyart.
