Wall Aquileia cross in steel
The Aquileia cross is a cross with a deep meaning: it's the first representation of the Christian faith, found in the homonymous city in Friuli.
At the time it was forbidden to represent the Christian God with a human appearence.
The cross is in the shape of Chi-Rho (the Greek initials of the word Christ) with Alpha and Omega hanging from the limbs.
The legend says that this cross appeared to Constantine in 313 A.D. and converted him, thus ending the persecution of the Christians.
