Coenobium Ruscum is a white wine produced by the trappist nuns in the Vitorchiano monastery.
This wine is produced with a mix of various grapes:
- trebbiano (55%),
- Verdicchio (15%),
- Malvasia (20%)
- Grechetto (10%).
Grapes naturally grew without any chemical treatment. This wine is produced using 100% organic processes, no chemicals.
