Pectoral cross in metal and olive wood 12x8,5cm
The cross is made in Italy, with cure and precision. The image represents the "Good Shepherd" that conducts the flock to the sheep pen and takes the lost sheep on his shoulders.
The cross was drawn by Genoese sculptor Antonio Vedele. It was chosen by Pope Francis himself, who refused to wear the golden cross, in order to wear one for the "poor ones".
